I can't delete new user

I had an adobe tech support create a new admin account so they could try to trouble shoot an issue. It was a nightmare. They were based in India and were some of the worst techs I've ever worked with. I am trying to erase the Admin account the created but it doesn't show up in the users & groups in system preferences. Does any one know why and how to delete their login account?
